I’m Walter Soriano, Founder and CEO of WS London Management. I established this company to find, buy, refurbish and rent residential properties in desirable areas within Central London.

My team and I look for homes in areas of SW1, W1 and NW1 such as Victoria, Marylebone, Oxford Street, Regent’s Park, Edgware Road and Baker Street.  We are interested in acquiring houses as well as individual apartments, and we buy both leasehold and freehold.  Our preference is for properties that require redesign and renovation.

After we have bought a property, we design and renovate it before offering it for rental, either to our existing client list or through an agent.  We manage and take care of all our properties ourselves, and we are proud of our reputation as landlords and the good relationship we have with our tenants.

We also offer Business & Development Bridge Loans to developers.
